Customer Support

Role:

  • Handle tickets and enquiries from customers via web chat, social media messenger and email
  • When and where relevant, conduct preliminary checks of customer data within internal systems before further escalating to relevant stakeholders 
  • Coordinate with external 3rd party service providers where relevant in relation to customer technical or support issues 
  • Coordinate internally with CTO and development team where relevant in relation to customer technical or support issues 
  • Follow up on all customer related issues internally and externally to ensure resolution 
  • Work with team to prepare best practices and commonly addressed issues with regards to customer enquiries

Skills required:

  • Interest in fintech and / or crypto is a plus 
  • Familiarity with customer support related CRM platforms 
  • Patience, friendliness and an eagerness to solve customer problems
