ROLE:

• Coordinate with the management team and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices. 
• Coordinate with external legal counsel in Singapore and other jurisdictions on regulatory compliance and regulatory engagement matters. 
• Coordinate with external service providers on compliance related matters. 
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary. 
• Examining and creating draft agreements, such as employment and vendor agreements.
• Maintaining knowledge of company operations and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research into the fintech and crypto industry in general as well as with regards to company operations. 
• Preserving all corporate records.
• Handling statutory filings, such as licensing forms.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Qualified lawyer 
• Fintech and/or crypto experience 
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident 
• Experience with corporate governance issues and corporate secretarial duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of statutes, rules, and regulations pertaining to businesses.
• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.
